Contract Administrator

We are looking for the perfect candidate to join our clients Contract Administration team in Ipswich on a permanent basis, if you are passionate about client relationships and being a part of a company who have fantastic values then read on for more details!

This role is working alongside the Sales team, to provide the best customer experience when setting up customer accounts and supporting from start to finish! We are looking for somebody who can show off their fantastic customer service skills!

What does this role include?

  • Responsibility for the on boarding of the installations of their products; including setting up contracts and accounts for clients

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients to support them with the on boarding process, making it the best in the market!

  • Managing all queries from your clients around pricing/contracts/new equipment

  • Ensuring customers accounts are all up to date and accurate at all times

  • Management of contract documentation

  • Project Management of large installation projects across the UK

  • Working with other departments within the business to ensure a smooth process for customers

  • Up selling of products and services to benefit the client

What do we need from you?

  • Previous administrative experience

  • An ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • The best of the best customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What is the offer?

  • A salary of up to £24,000

  • Working hours - 7.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

  • Central Ipswich location

  • 20 days holiday, + bank holidays
