We are delighted to welcome a two new Contract Consultants to our team, one based in Manchester and one based in Kirkby.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, people focused and inspirational individual to join our successful Contact Centre Recruitment team, based on our Client's site.

As a Contract Consultant, you will work as part of a vibrant and energetic team to assist the Manager in the complete delivery of Recruitment and Aftercare for our Client, in line with their specific requirements and SLA.

This will include, but not be limited to, the attraction, screening, and onboarding of Associates, as required by the client, working to fill all orders. You will be required to adhere to strict procedures to ensure compliance to GDPR and Right to Work legislation.

  • Experience of working within a people focused role, this isn't limited to HR or recruitment

  • Strong communication and organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to work to strict and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • A can-do attitude

  • Able to build exceptional relationships with colleagues, both internal and external

  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages
