2 MONTH CONTRACT


£13.01 PER HOUR


FULL TIME



This is a role looking at logging correspondence and undertaking basic data management activities across all contract areas.



Our client requires someone as soon as possible to assist in managing information received from residents. This has been provided by residents in response to the councils recent advertisement of a draft Traffic Management Order. Residents were asked to email the Council and they have over 500 comments so far.


Each comment, along with each resident's details, needs to be moved into a Google Sheet, which is an Excel equivalent. This will be across various contracts, (Environment, Leisure, Facilities and Parking).

Skills required:
- Google Sheet (or Excel) skills
- A quick but accurate worker, well-used to handling data of this nature.
- Someone who is able to be sensitive about the personal data they are managing and treat it as confidential.
- Someone who can take clear instructions on board and then work effectively independently.
