Contract Administrator / Recruitment Administrator

Are you passionate about delivering first class service to your customers and clients? Do you have a meticulous eye for detail? Are you looking for part time work, and able to work from home?

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Contract Manager, to assist the smooth delivery of a high profile, busy and rewarding account.

This newly created role will include;

  • ensuring all our candidates packs are audit compliant prior to commencing work (taking up references, checking RTW documentation, sending out other forms)

  • handling telephone enquiries from our current associates, line managers and future associates and assisting with their varying queries

  • advertising new jobs online, sending 'current opportunities emails and general correspondence to associates

  • processing holiday requests & assisting with queries

  • updating weekly reports (hours worked, PO's, assignment extensions etc)

Ideally we are looking for someone to work 4 hours per day (could fit in with school hours well) but flexible to consider 3 full days for the right person.
