Contracts Administrator
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
The ideal applicant will be a self-starter who can bring energy, initiative and enthusiasm to our team. Experience of the construction or maintenance sector is preferable, but not essential. You will need to able to pick up new software packages (appropriate training will be given), and have leadership skills and strong written communication skills. Our clients company has a relaxed atmosphere and a can-do culture. This role helps to keep the daily operations of the company running smoothly and the skills required include;
- The ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines
- Effective communication skills with people at all levels
- Experience in Excel (essential), word, and accounting packages
- Adaptable and flexible approach to adhoc requests
- Experience with a diary system, booking appointments, coordinating teams
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Keeping up to date with relevant policies and procedures
- Booking staff holiday requests
