Globally successful company looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their successful team. The team are very motivated and friendly and there are fantastic company benefits including early Friday finish.

Salary is £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience


- Responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients and customers for the subcontract process. Liaising with clients and manufactures.

Key Responsibilities

- First point of contact for all customer enquiries and concerns, resolving issues

- Raising and tracking POs

- Contact suppliers to arrange outsourcing when required Present and discuss the brand to existing and potential customers in a way that shows the quality, and understanding of customer requirements

- Managing work load and effectively prioritising to meet customer deadlines

- Provide and submit reports for management team

- Communicate with departments to ensure that all customer expectations are met

- Participate as a key team player by supporting other departments when required


- Proven experience in purchasing and customer support

- Excellent communicator on all levels

- IT skills and knowledge of Office Suite

- Managing customers expectations

- Self motivated and works well in a team and off own initiative

- Excellent multi-tasker who can manage their time to meet deadlines
