Adecco Stevenage have a fantastic opportunity for a Coordinator to join a top supplier in their field, they are one of the few companies in the UK who manufacture products on a bespoke basis for every customer. They are also backed by a large international company. This role will be based in Hitchin, and the successful candidate will preferably hold a Full Driving License.


This role is split into two parts, part of the role will be completing general administration tasks for the office and the other will be assisting the production department. This will include going into the Workshop and assessing completed products and noting all components being used.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

  • Complete sales order processing

  • Dealing with purchase ledger invoicing and statements

  • Creating and setting up stock codes

  • Making up Bills of Materials after being into the workshop and noting all the different components used

  • Creating and completing works orders

  • Monitoring and transferring of stock

  • Updating internal systems accurately


Key Requirements:



  • Previous experience in administration in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Basic understanding of the process of production planning

  • Quick learner who is keen to learn

  • Practically minded individual

  • Logical thinker

  • Able to work under pressure within a team or individually

  • Exceptional attention to detail is required for this position

  • Confident using computers including all Microsoft Office packages

  • Well organised

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive attitude
