We are looking for talented, confident, highly motivated individuals to join our clients expanding Administration and Correspondence Team. The right candidate with have a strong commercial awareness, be passionate about providing an excellent service, and excited to work for a legal firm !


JOB PURPOSE:


To effectively manage all aspects of administration and correspondence within the group providing a prompt, efficient, professional service at all times which assists their colleagues, ensuring team targets and company objectives are met.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:



  • Assist in the day to day management of communications to customers

  • Assist customers in setting up payments and payment arrangements

  • Accurately note, update and maintain customers' accounts

  • Deal with post from Debt Management Companies and accurately action

  • Deal with all aspects of Court paperwork

  • Develop workplace efficiency in dealing with customer enquires

  • Assist colleagues in completing administrative tasks

  • Learn and demonstrate knowledge of Pre-Legal, Litigation and Enforcement processes

  • Act as the frontier for the business in terms of communication

  • Ensure all aspects of compliance and GDPR requirements are met

  • Communicate with customers through several different online platforms including web chat


This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be requested to undertake other reasonable duties upon request from Senior Management or Director which may sit outside of this job description.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.
