We are looking for a self-motivated member to join the Operations team reporting directly to the


Deputy Head of Operations in London. This position is crucial to our continued growth, and this


individual will play a major role in shaping how we ensure success in our daily physical operations.

What you'll do:




  • Driving and implementing our acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding strategy for new


couriers and riders



  • Managing the community day to day and running a productive and efficient courier


community



  • Responsible for daily functions and KPIs in line with courier performance and client-related


issues



  • Providing continuous improvement to the courier candidate journey and internal recruitment


process



  • Organising events, incentive schemes and competitions dedicated to the courier community


in line with our values as well as courier retention KPIs



  • Providing information, updates, and engagement with the courier community through varied,


measurable approaches



  • Working closely alongside the operations team to streamline processes and drive


developments towards the courier community



  • Represent our community in all key internal decision making



What you will need:




  • Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • To be tech-ready and a fast learner, willing to adapt and develop

  • The confidence to find solutions and make decisions in real-time

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Proactivity in managing your workload

  • Flexibility in your mindset to handle the unexpected

  • Commitment towards your work, team and partners

  • 3-5 years' experience in courier recruitment, rapid scaling, legal HR compliance is highly


preferred within a fast-paced tech start-up.
