Adecco are currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisers for a Home Based role, starting in January

Working 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday.

Although this job is working from home, the first two weeks will involve in house training in Hull City Centre and there may be occasional days required to work in the office.

Main Duties:

Making planned and expected calls to business throughout the UK to talk through and gather COVID compliance data and support with any queries.

Taking incoming calls to answer queries on Business compliance for COVID 19.

Processing data capture.

Interested candidates must have a good standard of IT literacy, have well developed communication skills, have access to the internet and have a suitable area at home to enable distraction free working for a 35 hour per week role (Phone and laptop will be provided).
