In today's world, the debate around data privacy, security, content responsibility and child safety has never been louder. Online safety is an integral part of our client's relationship to its users and partners. The way users and influencers perceive our client's leadership in helping them to be safer online shapes how they trust and advocate for them. This includes explaining the work they do on Content Responsibility - fighting bad actors, low-quality information and harmful content to create a safer online world. They want to help people understand more about these important topics so the users and influencers can enjoy their services with confidence without worrying about their personal information and data.

As a Creative Strategist for Content Responsibility you will actively support the launch and maintenance of safety-related products and programs across EMEA, working closely with global product- and brand teams on one hand and regional and local cross-functional teams on the other hand. You will also continue to shape the company's approach to Content Responsibility, updating the narrative and developing the go-to-market approach for EMEA.


  • Create new collateral and write clear content across multiple touch points - including writing one-pagers, case studies and longer form content.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help infuse writing and editorial best practices into their materials.

  • Manage the content creation process from end-to-end, including initial content strategy, creation, editing and reviews, creative and design, and localisation when appropriate.

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams, such as GAPP, Trust & Safety, Comms, Product Management, Finance, Legal and local country safety Marketing teams.

  • Support EMEA's leadership approach on Content Responsibility. Collaborate with the US/global team on overall strategy, prioritisation and execution of activities, and cross-functional teams on goal setting and execution.

  • Maintain the company's reputation for quality, reliability and innovation across EMEA.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong experience working in Advertising, Communications, Content Creation, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field

  • Solid experience writing across various formats including, but not limited to: blogs, newsletters, print, infographics, video content, social content

  • Experience working in a cross-functional/team environment

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record of creating high quality brand content on a deadline.

  • Ability to synthesise complex information and succinctly communicate nuanced topics.

  • Skilled project manager: ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-moving, ambiguous and highly collaborative culture

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, demonstrating a passion for working with teammates from multiple disciplines

  • Ability to communicate, collaborate, influence and lead across all levels of an organisation
