Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a permanent Finance Administrator to join the Credit Management team of our well-established client based on Deeside Industrial Estate.


A great opportunity for an organised Administrator with an interest in finance to join an exciting sector and a welcoming team within a friendly office environment.


Salary: £20,600 p/a


Working Hours: Permanent, Full time. Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm. Hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administration support to credit management team

  • Completing daily cash postings and bank reconciliations

  • Amend and update account information, ensuring accurate databases.

  • Manage and action customer refunds and requests

  • Liaise and assist internal departments in resolving customer discrepancies in a timely manner

  • Daily management of departmental mail

  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer details

  • To facilitate customer information requests as demanded by customer including statements and document copies

  • Ad-hoc administrative support


Key Experience and Skills:



  • Previous experience in financial admin role is advantageous

  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Previous use CRM systems is highly desirable

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Packages

  • Numerate and driven by accuracy

  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
