Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company based in Hungerford. Our client is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday and is offering a salary up to £26,000, dependant on experience.

Duties include:

  • Ensure timely collection of all debts and payments

  • Maintain regular and consistent contact with debtors and reconcile client accounts

  • Negotiate payment schedules, where necessary and encourage early settlement of outstanding debt

  • Producing aged debt reports

  • Support in the suggestion and implementation of improvements to reporting and procedures

  • Support, build and maintain the Direct Debit functionality

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships internal and external to the organisation

  • Allocating incoming cash

  • Supporting the team to achieve set targets and deadlines

Candidates will ideally have/be:

  • Atleast 2 years' experience within a fast-paced credit control position

  • Excellent IT skills including Excel

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels

  • AAT or QBE is desirable
