Our client based south of Lincoln are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service with an ability to work under pressure to achieve results.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Customer Queries and Query Log Spreadsheet

  • Cash collection (in adherence with Company Credit Policy)

  • Liaise directly with external customers to collect cash

  • Annual Credit Limit Reviews

  • Escalation of debt collection via the Credit Control Supervisor

  • Administration of referred orders

  • Credit Management of payment runs

  • General administration duties as required


  • Experience administering a credit control ledger

  • Ability to work on own initiative, make decisions and manage own workload

  • Strong communication skills

  • Evidence of ability to develop effective working relationships

  • Ability to negotiate and persuade to achieve results

  • IT Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
