We are recruiting for an exciting position based in Newbury, the office is currently open and this role will be office based, the role is paying £20,000 with bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free car parking. Full training will be given and the company are happy to offer full training if you have. This role is suitable for a candidate wishing to start their career within a credit control environment or a candidate who has worked in this environment before and has previous experience.


Duties include:



  • Ensure customers (all B2B, not consumer) settle outstanding accounts to agreed terms

  • Identify areas of risk, payment performance trends etc.

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve non-payment issues

  • Accurate allocation of customer receipts


Skills:



  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Good IT skills
