Credit Controller X2 - Rotherham area



8.30 to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday


4.00pm finish on Fridays and a 30 mins unpaid lunch break each day



£18,000 to £20,000

MAIN PURPOSE



To manage 40+ merchant credit accounts.



KEY OBJECTIVES




  • Effective and timely cash forecasting, cash collection and allocation.




  • Effective customer query management/resolution.




  • Effective communication with both internal and external customers.




  • Creation of customer accounts.




  • Liaising internally and externally with customers, predominantly regarding returns.




  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure invoices are clear for payment.




  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.




  • Adherence to International standard requirements in relation to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (including energy).




  • To be an enthusiastic team player to happily assist the team with our daily tasks.




  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
