The role will require a focused, analytical and strategic mindset; an abundance of tenacity and creativity all combined with exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Your responsibilities and day to day duties include:

  • Contributing to the development of an integrated group CRM strategy

  • Managing key vendor relationship and databases, in formulating strategies, strategy execution and asset deliverable management.

  • Overseeing the creation of models against lifetime value, retention, churn, loyalty and advocacy programs.

  • Structuring CRM activities with a view of maximising KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact

  • Overseeing the implementation of new CRM campaign management tools inclusive of email service provider integration, frontend integration, and CRM integration with the internal IT department, third-party ecommerce providers, and email service providers

  • Developing and designing CRM campaigns in all different lifecycles; conversion/retention/reactivation.

  • Designing CRM multi-channel communication activity; comms plan, channels, site/mobile banners, SMS & messaging etc.

  • Managing the email strategy, planning and execution to ensure e-comms are timely, on brand and deliver commercially.

  • Developing and implementing the paid-marketing campaigns to support both acquisition & retention initiatives.

  • Supporting the improvement of the usability, design, content and conversion of the company websites.

  • Providing consumer analytics and behavioural reporting

  • Introducing new capabilities for meeting emerging business needs and market trends.

The most suitable candidate will have experience of working with multiple communication channels in consumer interactions, as well as knowledge of CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management; interactive marketing and database marketing. Experience working in a related field (hospitality, leisure, ecommerce etc) would also be an advantage.
