MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



Summary


The CRM Exec sits within the Marketing and Commercial Team, reporting directly to the Head of CRM.


The key purpose of this role is supporting the delivery of the client's CRM strategy, with a primary focus on automation.


There is a key commercial focus to the job, with a need to drive incremental revenue and to exceed year-on-year benchmarks across all key metrics.



Responsibilities



  • Help support and deliver the CRM strategy with a focus on customer retention that increases ATF and reduces churn.

  • Plan and execute an effective cross-channel Customer Acquisition strategy

  • Work with external agencies to assist the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns & programs: including planning, briefing, implementation and post campaign analysis.

  • Work with Data Analysts, and other external agencies, to define and understand customer segments that guide both content and contact strategies to maximise ROI.

  • Appraise creative and design work constructively to produce effective communications that adhere to the client brand guidelines.

  • Monitor CRM performance metrics and identify areas to optimize future performance.

  • Build close working relationships with internal stakeholders to assess and leverage strategic and tactical revenue driving opportunities.

  • Build productive working relationships with key stakeholders within the client organisation and external agencies.



What is needed



  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in CRM with solid experience scoping, delivering, and optimising highly personalised Automated Triggered Programs

  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience using this to build campaigns.

  • You will come from a B2C background and be commercially focused.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and be results driven with a good track record of project management and delivery

  • Confident in your own ability and be able to direct & critique design and copywriting within Direct Marketing and Brand contexts.

  • An analytical mind and being very comfortable with data

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally.

  • Experience of working directly with agencies and suppliers to fulfil the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns would be beneficial.
