An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Technical Lead to join a public sector organisation based in East London.


The successful candidate will have previous experience in implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 business solutions. This is an individual contributor role working with software engineers but may include management responsibilities. The successful candidate will interact with business stakeholder, external implementation partner, business analysts, etc. The successful applicant will possess the ability to take leadership for design decisions and produce conceptual and logical architectures to meet strategic business objectives.


The successful applicant will have 5+ years of cumulative experience implementing Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015/D365 in Call Centre Integration and Servicing, and Order Processing, with deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment including application architecture, customisations, plug-ins, workflows (OOB and custom) and JavaScript.


Key responsibilities:



  • Provide technical leadership to the project, through architecture discussions, review of technical design, performing code reviews and designing integrations.

  • Evaluate current environments, conduct research, recommend and implement innovate designs that can enhance the reliability, security and efficiency of systems

  • Participate in stakeholder walkthroughs and plans; design and technical walkthroughs; and problem resolution and decision making

  • Lead on data migration strategy

  • Enforce development standards and best practices

  • Provide advice and guidance on strategic and operational uses of the CRM platform

  • Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's integrations and impact on systems

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
