Customer Account Executive

We are delighted to be working on behalf of our Hadleigh based client, who are currently looking to add to their Customer Service Team. This a great opportunity to start with a well-established company and there are opportunities to grow within the business. We are looking for somebody with a drive to provide amazing customer service to every single customer and build long term relationships!

What is the role?

  • Learning and embracing product knowledge

  • Promote all products and upsell to customers using your fantastic product knowledge

  • Build trust and relationships with customers

  • Manage customer accounts

  • Manage forecasts and the progression of orders to ensure deliveries are made on time

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding stock, purchase, and sales orders

  • Handle complaints in line with company policies in a timely fashion

  • Provide external sales team with all data required

  • Occasionally go on site visits to see customers and suppliers to grow the relationship

What do we need from you?

  • Experience within a customer service office environment

  • Brilliant multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Understanding of forecasting

  • Ability to work within a team and provide support to external teams

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Previous experience in dealing with complaints

  • Reliable and trustworthy

  • Experience using all mediums of communications e.g. phone calls, emails, in person

  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

  • Sage 200 experience is preferred, but not essential

What is the offer?

  • Salary from £21,000 depending on experience
