We are currently looking for a Customer Support Advisor to help the business. Our client is a British multinational energy and services company with its headquarters in Windsor, Berkshire. Its principal activity is the supply of electricity and gas to businesses and consumers in the United Kingdom, Aid customers, suppliers and sub-contractor in designating and allocating the right information providing the best service within the company.

Role responsibilities;

  • Taking a range of inbound calls and handling them correctly - (internal and external)

  • Managing the customer through their whole journey within CI

  • Providing a reliable and trustworthy customer service whilst taking ownership of customer queries and complaints.

  • Safely and accurately maintain customer related information and records.

  • Making sure the outcome is the best possible for both the customer and the business.

  • Meet telephony-based targets.

Preferable skill;
