Customer Service Adviser


Location: Islington


Duration: Permanent


Working hours: Monday - Friday (35 hours per week) occasional Saturday required - paid back in lieu


Salary: £17 - £20,000 pa


Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to work at their branch in Islington.

Duties:



  • Understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service

  • Understands the need to provide a consistently positive and professional service

  • Provide guidance and exceptional customer service to help every customer whether face to face, through our digital app, over the phone or by email

  • Communicate in a logical and uncomplicated way

  • Appreciates and is sensitive to customers' diversity

  • Demonstrates tact and diplomacy

  • Keen and able to learn about our products and services, guiding customers through our digital transformation

  • Being a key point of customer contact for all cash related queries and enquiries
