Pay - £24,714 (£19,011 Basic + OTE)


Duration - Permanent


Hours - 37.5hrs


Shift patterns - Only 1 weekend in 4


Training - 4 weeks training provided, 8-4 Mon - Friday


Location - Cobalt Business Park, Silver Fox Way, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0QJ

Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential as long as you have the ability and confidence to be on the phone talking to customers.


We'll give you all the training you need. When you start, you'll get up to 12 weeks training on our products and services, systems and processes, and handling real customer calls. You'll have people around you to support you, regular coaching and training updates to make sure you're always at the top of your game.


Once you are to speed we will give you the flexibility to split your time working from home and in the office.

Your main responsibility will be receiving incoming calls from customers who are interested in making changes to their products or packages. Customers may also be interested in speaking to you about added services or what better value deals you may have that will enable them to save money.

A great attitude, are customer focused and can handle rejection should a customer not wish to use your service. You are good at problem solving and can build rapport with customers easily and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.


This role suits anyone who feels that they can deliver customer service excellence, can handle customer complaints and is confident to be able to speak to customers about a broad range of products.


The role will be on a rota basis, covering various shift patterns which we'd be delighted to discuss with you. These roles are located at Doxford Park and North Tyneside.
