Job Title: Customer Care Administrator


Salary: £20k Per Annum plus a Great Benefit Package!


Location Harlow, Essex


Hours: 8am - 5pm / 9am - 5:30pm



Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well driven and highly successful business. Due to their success, they are now looking for an individual with proven customer service and administration experience to join their passionate team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Day to day, the role consists of dealing with enquiries from customers, and internal departments within the business.

  • Providing administration support to the Customer Care Team and ensuring all matters are actioned to in order of priority.

  • Gathering information requested to input onto the database in line with the company's policies and procedures.




Furthermore, the successful individual will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as well as having clear experience of handling time sensitive correspondence. Therefore, you must be accurate, diligent and have a keen eye for detail.
