I am currently looking for candidates with excellent Customer Services skills to work for one of my fantastic clients based in Altrincham. This is a real career opportunity, with great development prospects and the chance to complete accountancy and tax qualifications in the future.

In order to be considered you must have a real desire to go that extra mile for the customer.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Fantastic communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
-Excellent attention to detail
-Have great relationship skills and the ability to nurture an existing client base
-Have honesty and integrity
-Have the desire to take ownership of queries and complaints and get them resolved quickly and effectively
-The ability to work within a fast paced environment with a high call volume
-Great team work abilities
-Experience within Customer Services
