Responsible for dealing with the administration of remedial complaints, including liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all necessary remedial work is completed to the customer's satisfaction and in a timely manner, reviewing invoices and arranging recharges.



MAIN TASKS



  • Dealing with after-sales complaints

  • Establishing product faults

  • Ordering replacement parts and following up from suppliers

  • Recharging for works done

  • Invoice control

  • Recording details of remedial

  • Fault finding

  • Coordinating returns



ESSENTIAL SKILLS



  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

  • Capability to work to own initiative and within a team to achieve challenging targets

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.

  • Taking ownership and responsibility for own workload

  • Willingness to learn



DESIRABLE SKILLS



  • Flexible to work away from office when necessary

  • SAP experience

  • Technical experience
