Customer Care Co-ordinator



37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Customer Coordinators to support a small team in the UK's leading independent private health care organisations based in Willerby.

The role and responsibilities

  • Contacting patients to book and confirm appointments

  • Inputting patient information

  • Going through pre-appointment health questions

  • Ensuring patients are aware of COVID restrictions

  • Organising follow up appointments

Job Specification
