Customer Supply Chain Executive - Nottingham - 37.5 hours per week

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the customer order process. You will support the delivery of key KPI's, participate in process improvements, be part of a highly motivated workforce and manage the execution of supply against demand for their individual customer base.

  • Manage customer orders, ensuring in line with agreed customer order schedule

  • Maximise service rate protection, enhancing visibility to help the right decisions be made

  • Use new and existing tools to drive improvements and remove waste in order process

  • Play an integral part in the coordination of information between Commercial, Sales and the DC

  • Follow up and resolve customer queries

  • Play an active role in key projects

Who we're looking for Alongside experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:

  • A proven track record of working within a Customer Service environment, with the ability to manipulate numerical information quickly and efficiently and without error

  • To be part of a successful and collaborative team that is able to work autonomously

  • Ability to prioritise and work efficiently

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Able to demonstrate effective communication skills with customers & stakeholders

  • Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
