Responsibilities


-Responsible for training and managing the team that deals with emails.


-This will involve achieving response SLAs , creating/ improving existing response templates.


- Feeding back issues to the business and to


- Working closely with the rest of the management team to create action plans to address issues highlighted from the customer feedback



Skills


Degree level candidate is essential


Excellent written and communication skills and able to demonstrate this in interview.


Must be confident and able to report to MD with ideas to progress the business.


Experience & knowledge of social media platforms is essential


Prior experience of responding to customer queries via email is essential
