Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £23,000 - £26,000, plus a guaranteed 10% bonus and a list of impressive benefits including private healthcare, hybrid work pattern, onsite parking, 25 days holiday plus opportunity to buy more and option for discounted dental private healthcare.

You will have proven customer care experience with clear communication skills and computer literacy. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential and the ability to handle numerous tasks at any given moment.

The job role will include:

  • Processing of sales orders

  • Communicate with both internal & external customers through various channels

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, & professional attitude at all times when communicating with customers

  • Resolution of queries in a timely manner

  • In case of time critical queries, work with other departments to identify and investigate alternative sources of product to meet customer requirements

  • Processing of quotations

  • Management of time critical custom orders

  • Management of monthly equipment rental schedules

  • Working alongside other departments to ensure special delivery requirements are communicated clearly and fulfilled

  • Log inbound calls & customer issues

  • Monitoring & maintenance of the automated ordering systems

  • Aim to meet & exceed Service Levels / KPI�s
