We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious person to join our team as a Customer Community Officer. Customers will be at the heart of your role, as we aim to build a community which is confident in our ability to enhance their experiences and to help with their needs. With a passion for social media and a proactive mind, we ask you to help us drive innovation and be our witty and friendly online face.



What you'll do:



  • Manage social media channel

  • Create, manage and grow the company's presence through blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other online properties

  • Report system bugs to the IT department

  • Build relationships with users, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists

  • Respond to customer needs however they come (phone, e-mail, Twitter, Slack) and managing any online feedback forums

  • Execute and manage the community content plan & social media to maintain an engaged and vibrant community

  • Update the FAQ list according to clients' feedback



Requirements:



  • Relevant customer service experience (at least 3 years) in either FinTech, media, or a consumer-facing industry

  • Critical decision making and problem-solving ability,need to decide and judge on the information available

  • The ability to speak a foreign language and knowledge of the Blockchain industry may be a strength

  • Can legally work in the UK, long-term preferred

  • Great communication skills to highlight the benefits of our products to each individual

  • Creativity with community competitions, events, and weekly content

My client is a blockchain technology-based UK company that provides international financial services. They are regulated by the UK FCA and is committed to providing safe, compliant and convenient digital financial services to the global community. It's asset-trading platform with full licenses under UK financial supervision.



The company will launch a variety of fiat money and digital currency trading pairs, including US dollars, Euros, British pounds, and Chinese RMB, with bundle visa cards to achieve global online payment for digital currencies. The company will also cooperate with national payment platforms to gradually open up the free exchange channels for fiat money and digital currency in various countries.
