We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complaints Handler to join their team.

Main duties will include -

Working as a Complaints Handler you will be expected to achieve a fair and reasonable outcome for their customers. Whilst maintaining compliance and supporting continuous improvement of their services and products.

Investigating and agreeing a resolution with the customer which is fair and reasonable.
Whilst taking full ownership of each case.

Must have experience of complaint handling.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Able to keep calm whilst under pressure.

Organised and methodical.

Discreet and appreciative of the need for confidentiality
