Customer Service Admin



Full-time / Permanent / Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm



Location: Cheltenham



Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience


Do you love providing excellent customer service in a busy, exciting environment? My client based in central Cheltenham is looking for experienced Customer Service Admin candidates that can provide exceptional service to their customers via telephone, email and letter. This is a varied role with an expanding company and training will be provided!


Key requirements:



  • A fast learner with excellent communication skills

  • Have previous customer service experience

  • Be computer literate and confident on the phone

  • Able to manage your own workload ensuring you respond within agreed KPIs/Service Levels

  • Enjoy working in a team

  • Dealing quickly and effectively with customer complaints

  • Record and feedback trends to your Team Leader
