Adecco Sunderland has an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company Covering Offices in Durham, Ashington and Bedlington as a Customer Contact Manager on a permanent basis.

The working hours are - Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week

Salary, £41,251 plus Car Allowance

The Role

To plan, coordinate & manage the activities of the customer contact team to maintain & enhance customer relationships & meet organisational & operational objectives identifying & implementing strategies to improve quality of service & productivity. To deliver exceptional services to internal & external customers.


  • Manage and oversee the delivery of critical front line customer contact & administrative services operating, 24/7 365 days per year.

  • Develop & implement customer contact policies & procedures.

  • Communicate customer contact service standards and achieve performance targets.

  • Direct & manage the customer contact team.

  • Monitor the accuracy of data capture & reporting.

  • Identify & implement strategies to improve quality of service & productivity.

  • Develop staff & manage performance.

  • Assist in the identification, research & development of new services
