Have you had previous customer service experience? Do you enjoy customer service? Are you happy to work some evenings and weekends?

RS Components in Corby are looking for Contact Centre Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department.

After training the hours are 30 - 37.50 hours per week dependant on workload, On a rotating shift system.

Monday - Friday - 7am - 6pm there will be occasions when you will have to work until 10.30pm

You will be able to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays and 2 x Bank Holidays per year

Your main duties to include:

* Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.

* Identifying and ordering spare parts/ accessories.

* Cross selling where applicable

You will have the below skills/experience:

* Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written

* Be confident, and able to use own initiative

* Have a good attention to detail

* Be highly customer focused

* Be computer literate

* Be flexible

* Have a positive attitude

No previous experience is required for this position.
