A major FMCG client is looking for a Customer Marketing Display Executive with creative flair and a drive for results.Do you have energy and passion for in store execution? What does this role do?



  • Supports delivery of Growth Plan & Strategic Temporary Secondary Display requirements through management of:



  • Prefill and POS requirements on all national activities

  • Ordering and delivery of POS

  • Budget tracking & management

  • Raising PO's

  • Storage & distribution service for MWC (MDA)

  • Vendor management


Key Responsibilities


Disruptive Display



  • Responsible for end to end process for design, development and creation of pre fill units & POS.

  • Ensure timely and quality briefing to R&D on prefill design requirements in support of Growth Plan across our brands and business.

  • Take key visuals created by marketing and ensure they work creatively from a design perspective on Temporary Display materials. Consideration of optimising the creative for impact with our shoppers in store and in line with our customers retail guidelines.

  • On time and on budget quality delivery of artwork for all Temporary Display

  • Ensure necessary sell in support materials are available for mid year "Ready to Plan/Ready to sell" - the launch to Sales of the next years plan. This includes 3D visuals, new line form info and unit specifications

  • Effectively drives usage & minimises waste for POS

  • Sales co-ordination & communication of POS materials

  • Post delivery review for Display

  • Support the team's Value Leadership targets to reduce costs and/or increase outputs with our key print and storage providers

  • Ongoing stock management of all POS


Internal



  • High collaboration across wider Customer Marketing team, ensuring alignment on timings and requirements to delivery "best in class" Display execution

  • Manage Commercial tenders with Commercial and third parties as applicable

  • Internal link to commercial for Buying/Vendor management, finance for budget management, logistics/supply to ensure correct deployment of POS, other markets for best practice and efficiency options.


External



  • Collaborate with key customer design agencies and print suppliers to ensure MWC are able to lead in terms of temporary Disruptive Display solutions

  • Build, maintain and challenge ways of working improvements with our print suppliers and/or storage providers, helping set and track KPI's and putting actions in place if off track

  • Seek out and share insight & best in class examples from competitors and other suppliers



Education & Professional Qualifications


Previous experience in Business Administration (or similar) ideally within blue chip FMCG/consumer products. Sales or Marketing background preferred.


Knowledge/Experience



  • Experience of managing multiple tasks/projects to deadlines and budgets - Essential

  • Creative flair - Essential

  • Experience of working with major customers - Preferred

  • Marketing Experience - Preferred

  • FMCG Experience - Preferred
