Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a Customer Onboarding Specialist for our industry-leading client based in a head office location in Wrexham.


You will be the first point of contact for customers beginning their journey, driving memorable customer service whilst assisting with any queries and aiding the customer through the onboarding process. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, engaging and forward-thinking team.


Working hours: The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hrs. Typical working hours: M-F 09:00-17:30, however flexi-time is available. Hybrid working available.

Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Driving customer satisfaction through excellent service

  • Ensuring customers have a great onboarding experience, supporting any queries and questions

  • Provide guidance and advice on products to ensure customer gains the best outcome

  • Assisting customers to define their needs and advising on timelines and expectations

  • Review and validate data

  • Liaising with key stakeholders

  • Liaising with internal departments

  • GDPR compliance


Key Skills:



  • Self-motivated and responsible at managing workload and deadlines

  • A positive and confident professional that is adaptable to change

  • A team player who is willing to support colleagues and departments

  • Comfortable working compliantly with data

  • Sound IT knowledge, including MS Office package

  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
