Adecco Sunderland has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company who is experiencing a period of expansion and is therefore looking for a customer focused individual to join their team as a Customer Relationship Manager on a permanent basis based in Chester le Street.



My client offers a competitive salary of £20,000 plus a monthly bonus.



The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for customer contact, mainly working with customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties and offering solutions and affordable outcomes.



The ideal candidate will be empathetic and customer focused, a problem solver by nature who is used to problem solving



Key Responsibilities:



  • Working with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties, in line with company policy.

  • Servicing Customer contact in line with strategy, regulation, and

  • Servicing customer and 3rd party queries including settlement requests.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records in line within policy and regulation.

  • Identification and management of Customers in a Vulnerable status.

  • Escalation of Service and Quality Complaints to designated complaint handlers.

  • Ensuring effective communications with supporting departments.

  • Identification and preparation of customers' accounts for litigation in line with company policy.

  • Ensuring daily workflow targets are met

  • Successfully achieve personal KPI targets.

  • Work successfully as part of a team environment to achieve Business goals.
