Customer/Sales Admin

Temporary - Permanent

Full time - 8:30am-5pm

£9.62ph-£11ph + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits


One of our long standing clients is currently looking for a Customer/Sales Administrator to join their busy office on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Duties will include:-

- Responsible for offering excellent Customer Service to existing and prospect clients and taking inbound calls to the office to deal with enquiries

- Answering any technical and sales queries via phone and email

- Accurately inputting all information and orders onto company systems

Successful candidate will:-

- Maintain excellent client and customer relationships - internally and externally

- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system, Zero or Sage experience also beneficial

- A Manufacturing or Construction Background

- Excellent organisational skills


8:30am-5pm - 30 Min unpaid lunch break
