Customer Sales Advisors Required ASAP


Based in Ealing


Permanent Contract to start ASAP


£19,250 p.a.


You must be flexible to work across 7 days on a rota basis (hours between 8am and 6pm)



I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Sales Advisor in Ealing on behalf of my client, one of the UK's largest and well-known self-storage companies.


Reporting into the store manager, the main objective of this Customer Sales Advisor role is to guarantee customers an excellent level of service whilst at the same time ensuring the highest level of sales for their store and company.










Main Objectives:


� Contribute to the achievement of the financial targets of the store


� Identify and quantify the potential available from each customer for increasing occupancy and revenue within the store


� Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer


� Ensuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness


� Making sure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to for the benefit of customers and staff alike.


� Comply consistently with all company procedures




Main Duties:



  • Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all times









� Deal effectively with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customers


� Maximise every sales enquiry to ensure the store hits its weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets


� Complete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures


� Maintain a clean and tidy store at all times


� You will need to be comfortable working alone at times and in the Store Manager and Supervisors absence take key holder responsibility.


� Will be required to carry fork-lifting where applicable (full training and licence given)


� Ensure that the store 'bad debt' is kept to a minimum. Implementing procedures and controls to recover any bad debt


� Any other ad hoc duties as required by management











The successful applicant will have proven Sales (either telesales or face to face) experience and be willing to work to targets. You will be confident and customer service driven with a good eye for numerical data and administration.



We are looking for people who can interview face to face within the next week with a view to starting the role at the store ASAP
