Then contact us today - we are working with a friendly fast paced team who are looking for a Customer Sales Support Administrator for their team. You will be:



Taking all customers queries via telephone and email efficiently managing issues


Processing all customer orders and managing returns


Have a great understanding of products involved to promote the company


Communicate with external vendors surrounding customer queries


Meeting team based KPI's and handling targets


Good attention to detail is so important for this role and good IT skills too.


Office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm


This role is a great opportunity to join a successful and friendly office team.



For your work you will receive £23,000 per annum alongisde great company benefits.
