Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Energy and Services Company in Walton on Thames as a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis for 12 months initially.

Location: Walton on Thames

Salary: £9.62 per hour

Duration: 12 months initially

Working shift: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Job description:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide support within maintenance and repairs for residential housing. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be confident in prioritising and managing your own work load, whilst ensuring you provide a high level of customer service.


  • Requesting and Scheduling a high volume of repair appointments for tennants

  • Allocating repairs to engineers

  • Updating tennants with repair appointments and keeping them updated of any further action required

  • Changing/re-scheduling repair appointments to accommodate tennants

It would be great to see candidates with:

  • Strong organisation skills; ability to prioritise workload

  • Customer service skills

  • Administration experience

  • Excellent IT skills
