Customer Service Administrator

£10.57 per hour

Temp to perm

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)


We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Andover

Job role and responsibilities :

  • Handling customer queries via email and phone

  • Ensure the team mailbox is kept up to date and queries have been actioned in a timely manner

  • Dealing with Inbound sales calls

  • Collating and processing paperwork

  • Other adhoc admin tasks

Training will be provided but you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a busy office environment. Good attention to detail is also a must!
