Adecco are proud to be working with our Client based in Ashford who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail as you will be logging accurate information on to the company database, you must be confident speaking to clients via telephone.

Your main duties will be:

  • Liaising with external parties

  • Recording accurate data on to the system

  • Checking reports and updating records correctly

  • Liaising with internal members of staff

  • Providing information / reports when requested

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong Administration background

  • Exceptional Customer Service

  • Great telephone manor

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Be confident on a computer

In return for the above, you will be joining a wonderful team within a fantastic organisation. You will report directly to a very supportive Manager and be surrounded by an amazing team who truly love their working environment.

Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
