Adecco Bristol are delighted to be supporting a busy, fast paced team with the recruitment of a Complaints Administrator in South Bristol. Our client, a growing, successful company, are looking for an understanding, intelligent candidate to join their well-established team in the administration department. With the majority of the role on the phone, the right person will have a calm phone manner and will be able to deal with an ever changing, heavy workload. With the right support, this role will allow someone to progress within the company as well as develop their confident and personal skills.


  • Managing queries and complaints that come through the mailbox

  • Liaise with other departments in the business

  • Supporting with administration tasks

  • Updating the internal database with any changes

  • Processing information through the system


  • IT literate with ability to learn on the job

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Able to work well under pressure

  • Take ownership of workload
