Customer Service Administrator
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Salary: £25,000
Benefits: 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays + no weekend working, on-site parking

Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be working with a UK wide company and are recruiting for a position in their Avonmouth based office. Located within walking distance from Avonmouth train station, the business is in a prime location for commuters travelling via public transport or by car.
The company are looking for someone with excellent customer service and strong communication skills. They are looking for someone who can remain calm in a demanding environment and be able to prioritise the most important tasks. The Avonmouth office is a small team close knit team that look out for each other, and all help each other to reach and exceed their business targets.
Duties include:
* Dealing directly with clients and customers
* Using spreadsheets, Microsoft word and outlook
* Diffusing potentially difficult situations with customers
* Administration tasks including filing and scanning documents
* Prioritising and making bookings for customer works
