Adecco are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator on behalf of our client based in Avonmouth. Our client are looking for someone to provide customer service and administration support for a temporary ongoing basis with a high chance of going permanent for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administration background and great customer service skills.

Duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Contacting customers to arrange fittings
- Updating customers with SLA's
- Answering phones and emails
- General admin
