Customer Service Administrator Wanted Avonmouth!!



Pay Rate: £11.31phr (£25,000p.a)


Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Adecco are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator on behalf of our client based in Avonmouth. Our client are looking for someone on a temporary basis to assist their growing administration team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills!

Duties:



  • Booking and scheduling appointments via telephone and email

  • Speaking with clients and customers

  • Updating customers details on files

  • General administrative duties


The Individual:



  • Strong administrator

  • Organised and efficient

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong system knowledge including Microsoft packages
