Customer Service Administrator (Part Time)- Bury St Edmunds- £ Competitive

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client who are an independent family owned business located in Bury St Edmunds.

Hours: 9am-5pm, 2/3 days a week

Salary: Competitive

Job responsibilities:

  • To upload sales orders and purchase orders

  • Email monthly statements to customers within agreed timescales

  • To handle incoming enquiries and to take customer orders over the phone and email

  • Help to solve logistical challenges with the wider team

What we are looking for:

  • Good communication skills

  • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

  • Ability to organise workload effectively

  • Previous experience working on Sage, Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Someone that can build positive relationships by being a good listener and getting to know people by establishing a connection
