Customer Service Coordinator


Adecco are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for our client based on Ocean Way in Cardiff.


This role will be office based most of the time, with the adhoc requirement for you to travel to a customer site a couple of times a week (so a driving licence is needed).



  • £10-£11 per hour

  • 37.5 hours per week (m-f)

Within this role you will be responsible for:



  • Dealing with suppliers

  • Obtaining quotes

  • Processing orders

  • Following up on placed orders and liaising with internal teams on lead times

  • General customer service and administration tasks

  • Travelling to customer sites on an adhoc basis (vehicle provided)
